Having suffered with insomnia from a young age I have been on a journey of discovery. Look ing to understand how something so simple to so many could evade me for years, often surviving off as little as 2 hours sleep in a day. Whilst your body can adjust to a degree and function at a muted capacity its not good for you and can cause multiple health issues.
My intention in these pages is to bring together the various bits of advice I have taken over the years ranging from anchoring, routine, cycle interruption. Each with varying degrees of success but what works for one doesnt always work the same for another, but in that I wanted to share what I found useful, and what is working for me as I now simply experience the odd bad night but no longer suffer insomnia as I knew it.
Information on these pages is taken from a variety of sources and from information I have gained from sleep courses and my own experience over the years.
