I found the problem with pillows is there’s a sweet spot and your partner can still hear it if you compensate for that, where by these are great when you are tossing and turning, and usable as a face mask too for the ultimate in private space. Initially I was dubious about foam, assuming it would just make me hot, and either far too soft or too hard. Initially we bought the Leesa but they arent available in the UK anymore so we got Emma to replace it and its just as good.
